I can’t say enough good things about my visit to this auto repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the staff. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and ended up getting a full inspection. Not only did they identify a potential issue with my brakes that I hadn’t noticed, but they also explained it clearly and showed me the worn parts. What really impressed me was their transparency regarding costs. I was given a detailed breakdown of the services recommended, and I loved that they didn’t push me to get everything done at once. They were more concerned about my safety than making a quick buck, which is rare in this industry. They finished the work in a timely manner and even did a complimentary car wash! The only minor hiccup was the waiting area could use a bit of a refresh in terms of seating, but it was clean and well-stocked with coffee. All in all, I left feeling more than satisfied, and I’ll definitely return for any future car needs. It’s refreshing to find a service center that prioritizes customer education and quality service!
